Trips with a Mission has philosophies which makes it unique compared to many other Christian organizations.

• Our goals are to solely engage in work that God has guided us to. We realize that only with God as our partner can we truly hope to succeed.
• We are so intent on doing everything we can for the children that we do not draw a salary so that all of the donations can go directly to the projects.
• We have an ongoing relationship with the individuals who administrate our overseas projects. We do not build a facility then move on. Our continuing contact lends moral, financial and spiritual support which ultimately leads to very successful projects.
• We help those who would otherwise have never received help. We work where there is no welfare or social services.
• To date our projects are self-sufficient and we will endeavor to keep them that way.
• Trips with a Mission is totally funded by donations. When a new project is undertaken we have to raise the necessary money. It takes hard work, lots of time and tremendous commitment
