	Sunita Sunita was abandoned by her father. Her mother works in the tea gardens earning very little. Sunita was hired as a domestic working for room and board. She had never attended school until she entered St. Devi's Academy. Now Sunita has a home and a future.   Martha Martha is not her given name. When she arrived at St. Devi's Academy in Kathmandu, Nepal, she was filthy, skittish and uneducated. She was a beggar on the streets. St. Devi's Academy has been Martha's home for five years. Now 12 years old, she is self-assured, well-adjusted and a good student. Martha has a home, a large loving family and a faith in God.   Kabita Kabita was abandoned by her mother.Her father left her on the doorstep of a missionary family and never returned. The family could not keep her so Kabita was taken to St. Devi's Academy. St. Devi's Academy has been her home for over 3 years
